WW2 UNRRA Patch Tab - Off Uniform

Description

US made and machine embroidered in white on the red cotton twill base.  3 3/8 inches across by 13/16ths of an inch tall in size.  Net backing material on the reverse side.  No glow under the black light.  Used, as this patch was removed well from a uniform.  You can see the stitch holes all around the outside, and there are a few of the attachment threads still hanging on.
