Wireless Remote Control Adapter for Technics RS-1500US, RS-1506US, RS-1520US and RS-1700US reel to reel decks and RS-M85, RS-M85 Mk2, RS-M88, RS-M95 and RS-9900US cassette decks.

I've been making remote adapters for various tape deck since 2006. With over 3500 sold. I've been making this Technics model since 2014.
This unit duplicates the functions of the original Technics RP-070 remote.
Play, Stop, Pause, Rewind, F.F., Record and Reverse Play (if supported by the tape deck)

Just plug it into the back of the deck and connect the AC adapter. The included remote is preprogrammed to work with the receiver out of the box. If you want to use your own remote, no problem. This unit can be programmed, via a set of internal jumpers, to 1 of 4 remote codes (Sony VHS, Sony Beta, Sony 8mm and Sony Laser Disc Player). This allows multiple units to be independently controlled in the same room.

Receive/Power LED is lit when the unit is getting power and it blinks off when a valid IR command is received
Four unique device code settings allow four tape decks to operate in the same room without interaction (requires setting internal jumpers)
Works with all universal remote (just set it for Sony 8mm, beta or VHS, VCR or Sony Laser Disc player)
