  • Condition: Estate, pre-owned vintage felt decals are new old stock. Decals show wear from age and storage, BUT most still show brilliant color. Some decals show some loss of velvet and paint in spots. Decals were in wax paper envelops which stuck to the decals from age. Some of the decals will have wax paper stuck to them. DO NOT try to peel it off as it will pull on the decal. Just soak the decal per directions and the paper will come off. Decal information printed on back of card.
