VINTAGE COPPER FIREMAN HELMET HORN WEATHER VANE,BRASS FIRE-GUN FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Two vintage firefighting equipment items and collectibles. One rare and hard to find fireman firemans firemen firemen's heavy well-made copper, brass or bronze display wind direction weather vane featuring a fireman's helmet, bugle trumpet muster horn, wide heavy base, sphere and E, W, N, S wind direction indicators. The ornamental item measures 16" tall and is for show not for function. The items do move around the pole and there are two set screws to adjust height positions. A sticker on the bottom of the helmet reads "Good Directions, Inc., Copyright". It displays beautifully with great patina and is in overall very good to excellent complete condition. One 1930's/1940's or older empty shiny brass fire extinguisher - "Fire-Gun Extinguishes Fires, One Quart, Made In U. S. A. By Fire Gun Manufacturing Co., Inc., Of New York". The very heavy 15 1/4" tall brass extinguisher show minor use and storage wear as pictured.
