Unknown brand, possibly handmade. Body is stuffed and only feet, head, and hands are porcelain. Black Velvet-like Victorian style dress with white lace trim, and brown and black plaid detailing. Velcro closure on the back of the dress. White pantaloons. Feet are porcelain and are white with no toes, no shoes necessary.
Cracks in porcelain on right foot. Some black scuffs on portions of the porcelain (see photos for condition). Hair is scuffled.
