Gerhard Wedepohl, whose style is reminiscent of Otto Ubbelohde, has etched and drawn Low German views. A lonely farmhouse hidden under trees or in the garden, a lonely windmill or church on a wide plain under a high sky, also a view of the sea, have found gripping representations by the artist, who tends to be quiet melancholy.
