"His people are mostly engrossed in a philosophical or technical problem, intertwined in a great work performance, tower above the horizon in a sublime size and often seem to go beyond the scope of the already large-format bookplate. The art of leaving out and concentrating on simple lines support the trend towards the pathetic and heroic. "(Laut 1955, p. 132 f.) He has designed around 200 bookplates, many of which belong to the luxury bookplate category. - Good copy.
