Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to arrive. We want to be clear, you should not buy any item if you need it fast as we will not be the best option (we want to be honest). While speed is a priority, we feel we can be more efficient and make less errors by taking our time. Please allow time for your item to arrive before opening a case, or feel free to reach out to us with any questions. We are very flexible when it comes to different shipping options as well.
Returns
We allow up to 30 days for any item to be returned. All returns are

. We will never charge for a return label, however, we reserve the right to deduct from your total refund if the item was improperly packaged up for return. Even if the item is defective, we please ask that you pack and ship the item carefully. This will ensure the return process is smooth if you ever return a part of, or your whole purchase. All refunds will be promptly issued once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 1 business day after the delivery notification from eBay to be issued a refund.
