? Antique ? Golf Seat chair portable Aluminum Made in England oLd

Used But in very Excellent condition except the leather is missing. I do not know if it is an Antique or just old and that is why I put the 2 question marks next to the word  "antique" . This Golf Seat or golf chair is portable and constructed of Aluminum and Made in England . It is very light weight yet very sturdy. I do not know the age of this item . It is missing the leather pieces that used to line the seat. I may have the  leather pieces in my possession some where in my house, I think , maybe. This item is very , very well constructed and it is still very sturdy . It is not rickety.  I do not golf , nor have I ever golfed.  I acquired this seat, chair with the intention of selling it. This item seems like it was designed to fit in golf bags and I think it will fit in all golf bags.
Dimensions are approximately 31" inches long and 4 1/2" inches across at the top.
