Description

AIWA AD-F1000 stereo cassette deck. Refurbished. Fully functional.
The deck have some signs of cosmetic wear, (please check the pics), but it has been repaired and maintained to full working order*
The main features:
- Three-head design uses super DX recording and playback heads. The cores are wound with ultra-high conductivity PC-OCC copper wire for improved music fidelity. Allows you to instantly check the recorded sound while recording is in progress.
- Exclusive Bias Shield Head Block shields playback head from recording flux during recording to enable more accurate monitoring from playback head.
- AMTS (ANTI-Modulation Tape Stabilizer) of special resonance-damping system applies approximately 2.2 lbs. of force on cassette shell to hold it in place and reduce vibration.
- Advanced drive mechanism. Dual capstan configuration achieves a "closed loop" effect for better tape to tape contact and improved tape drive stability.
- Capstan's exclusive micro-grain finish results in greater adhesion between tape and pinch roller.
- Dolby HX Professional operates during recording to ensure extended high frequency response with any type tape.
- dbx achieves an astonishing 120dB of dynamic range for recording that capture the wide dynamics of digital sound sources.
- Dolby B and C noise reduction systems for optimum versatility.
- Manual bias and recording sensitivity adjustment achieves flatter frequency response and optimum performance.
- Electronic tape counter has memory rewind and repeat system.

Cassette tape not included.
