Fine Advertising Embroidery from the Historic Chapman Valve MFG Company in Springfield Massachusetts (Indian Orchard)
Banner was utilized during Turn of the Century Trade Shows and was later displayed within the facility
Chapman Valve was a manufacturer of Valves for Steam, Water, Gas & Early Fire Hydrants. Founded in 1854. Banner Removed from the 1874 Facility in Indian Orchard and kept within a local family. Recently Released.
High End Embroidery Craftsmanship, Condition is Very Good with some fading/wear/tear to Velvet and loss of Tassels. Brass Hooks all in Order. For the Serious Fire Hydrant Collector
